Restoration Parts for Vintage Gas Pumps
Vintage Gas Pump
Ah, the roaring 20's. Eighteen cents would buy you a gallon of 60 octane fuel pumped from a dispenser ten feet tall. Over the years pumps have shrunk while the price of gasoline and its ability to compress before combustion has markedly gone up.

As with all things Petroliana, vintage gas pumps are very collectable and could be part of your next restoration project. Websites like Gas Pump Heaven carry all kinds of parts to rebuild pre-visble, clockface, electric and computer style pumps or just browse service station signs and other memorabilia.

If you're ready to begin the hunt for a project then look no further than The Pump Dump. You can find entire pumps ready to restore and pages of completed units that walk you through the history of different manufacturers and designs.
