Tall, Dark and Horn-Some |
When we say tall, dark and horn-some, we're sure not talking about North American Hunter Editor Gordy Krahn. We're talking about the big buck he shot on his recent Alberta mule deer hunt. Thought you'd like watching this slideshow from his adventure. It's the type of video a hunter appreciates on a Friday—good music, great photos, awesome vistas.
As Gordy says, it's the sort of hunt "spot-and-stalk dreams are made of." And what a dream setting: The pockmarked foothills of southwestern Alberta provide the hidey-holes mature mule deer crave ... and sneak-and-peek hunters drool over. The rugged snow-capped Rockies provide a breathtaking backdrop.
