Big Bounty in a Small Space? Grow Up! |
If you've got just a small patch of sunny space in your garden, you probably think you can't grow very many veggies. But what if you grow them up instead of out?
The Skyscraper Garden can support all kinds of climbing plants. Try it with tomatoes, pole beans, cucumbers, sugar snap peas, and zucchini. Of course, you can grow flowering vines, too.
The kit is easy to assemble. Attach it to a fence or building, place it next to a planter or window box, or suspend it between two posts. Better still, being thrifty with space means you're conserving water and fertilizer, too.
