Recipes to Try This Weekend
This weekend, go for the guac. You'll run out of cookouts before you run out of variations.

Traditional Guacamole
This recipe is a classic: Creamy avocados are paired with the piquant mix of onions, tomatoes, chile and cilantro.

Mango Guacamole
The sweet flavor of ripe mango melds nicely with avocados in this updated guacamole from Mexican food guru Rick Bayless.

Spiced Indian Guacamole
A few pinches of cumin powder and curry powder give this guac its Indian flavor. It's served with naan for a twist on tortilla chips.

California Burgers with Guacamole Mayonnaise
Guacamole + mayonnaise = perfection. And on top of a burger? Yum!

Tomatillo Guacamole
"Two Hot Tamales" chef Mary Sue Milliken roasts plenty of tangy tomatillos before mashing them into this chile-rich appetizer.

Take our recipe poll and let us know!
